EXPANSION FOAM 75MM X 25M

Our Expansion Foam is engineered from closed cell, cross linked polyethylene foam in a charcoal grey finish, with a zipper positioned 10mm from one side. This 75mm wide roll is designed primarily for the construction sector, where it excels at filling expansion joint gaps in roads, bridges and buildings. It is ideal for spaces where concrete expansion, or ground and structural movement, might otherwise lead to cracking or damage in the absence of a dedicated gap. Beyond its primary role, the foam filler supports sealants in both wall and floor joints, serving as an effective backup strip behind the sealant. It is also versatile enough to work as lagging, providing space around vessels and pipes. Lightweight and easy to cut to length, it is simple to position and install on site. Supplied at 75mm wide by 25 metres per roll, it offers a practical, reliable solution for managing movement in concrete and masonry structures.
